This granola is not only whole food plant based, it also is fast and easy to make!
Wet Ingredients
1/3 cup Applesauce
2 Tbsp. Plant Based Milk
2 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp. 100% Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Dry Ingredients
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup Rice Cereal
1/2 cup Slivered Almonds
Add In
1/2 cup Dry Cranberries
In your air fryer bowl, stir together all the wet ingredients.
After your wet ingredients are fully combined, add the dry ingredients. Make sure everything is fully combined.
Bake in air fryer at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes. After fully cooked, stir in dry cranberries. Store in an air tight container.
